· Accounting and internal control restructuring and year-end-closing in Latin America for a Dutch insulation company with presence in 14 countries, collaboration with local professionals. Communication with local and Dutch management.
· Office setup including all related accounting, legal and control tasks in Panama Latin America for Norwegian government owned maritime company with global presence in 60 countries. Right hand of Dutch local director, communicating with US and Norwegian board.
· Financial audit leading to restructuring of internal control and financial processes in collaboration with local external and internal accountant. Communication with Dutch management and investment group.

· Project manager of implementation of Business Intelligence and management information system for board of directors, management board and operational departments for a FMCG in The Netherlands. Succesfully implemented dashboards, providing a central point of financial and operational information.
· Business controller warehouse management system, logistics, investment analysis, improvement plans, automation, guidance of management with financial impact of operational procedures.
· Various: process optimization, automation of management information and accounting tasks, forecasting & budgeting. Budget process redesign and automation shortening 50%, debt control process redesign achieving 25% lower outstanding debt, guidance of department transition from financial control to business control role, implementing automated weekly preliminairy operational reports enabling corrective action improving month-end result.
